Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos Bristol is recruiting a Trainee Casino Dealer to learn and deliver a professional gaming experience. You’ll be trained to deal games, provide great customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced venue.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with evening, night and weekend shifts. Training academy runs for four weeks in Bristol, with permanent opportunities across Bristol and Cardiff venues after completion.

Trainee Casino Dealer

Location: Bristol | 266 Anchor Rd, Bristol BS1 5TT

Full-time | 40 hours per week including evenings, nights and weekends.

£12.71 and £1.00 an hour additional premium pay after midnight.

We are recruiting for multiple Trainee Casino Dealers for our Bristol site however we have a couple of openings available for our Cardiff site too. The training academy will take place in Bristol for a period of 4 weeks.

You must be available to start and commit from 11th November 2026.
