Grosvenor Casinos in Stoke is seeking a Trainee Croupier to join a vibrant team in a live gaming environment. You will train through the Grosvenor Gaming Academy, a five-week programme designed to equip you with essential floor skills and customer service excellence.

Candidates must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK. The role offers on-site work with opportunities for progression within Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group.

Qualifications

• Good numerical ability and mental arithmetic; able to calculate mentally and quickly.
• Very good communication and social skills to deliver a top customer experience in a live gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete the five-week Grosvenor Gaming Academy programme to equip you with casino floor skills.
• Work flexible hours in a 24/7 casino environment, including nights and weekends.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
