Grosvenor Casinos Bristol is recruiting Trainee Casino Dealers to join our dynamic, customer‑focused team. You’ll learn to deal casino games and deliver a professional gaming experience through a four‑week training academy held at Bristol, with openings also at Cardiff.

This full‑time role (40 hours/week) includes evenings, nights and weekends. No prior casino experience is required—we provide thorough training and ongoing support to help you become a professional dealer.

Trainee Casino Dealer

Location: Bristol | 266 Anchor Rd, Bristol BS1 5TT
Full-time | 40 hours per week including evenings, nights and weekends.

£12.71 and £1.00 an hour additional premium pay after midnight.

We are recruiting for multiple Trainee Casino Dealers for our Bristol site however we have a couple of openings available for our Cardiff site too. The training academy will take place in Bristol for a period of 4 weeks.

You must be available to start and commit from 11th November 2026.

No previous casino experience? No problem. We’ll give you the training and support you need to learn the games, build your confidence and develop the skills to become a professional Casino Dealer.
