Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Willingness to travel for training sessions
• Two A Levels or equivalent quality
• GCSE Maths and English

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and offer advice and product knowledge
• Interact with customers and build rapport quickly
• Engage with Toyota products and services and convey information clearly
• Participate in the 12-week Trainee Customer Consultant programme and progress through the Academy
