Rosehill invites two candidates to join as Trainee Creative Play Facilitators to develop the Workington Tent Project in partnership with The Carnegie. You will rotate between Whitehaven and Workington, gaining practical experience in family-focused play facilitation.

Training runs with hourly pay (£27.50 during training; £31.25 after) for four hours per week, with potential increases. DBS checks will be required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative or family-focused roles would be beneficial, but not essential.
• DBS check required.

Responsabilités

• Establish and deliver the Workington Tent Project within Rosehill’s Creative Families team.
• Work with a buddy system and spend time in Whitehaven and Workington sessions.
• Support families through open-ended, playful activities and observe engagement.
• Transition to resident practitioner roles within the Workington setting after training.
