Job summary

Rosehill Theatre is recruiting an early-career practitioner to help deliver the Workington Tent Project over two years. You will be buddied with an experienced practitioner, rotate through Tent sessions in Whitehaven and Workington, and then settle as a resident practitioner in Workington. The role emphasises play, creativity and wellbeing with a flexible, family-led approach.

Qualifications

• Early-career practitioner with a genuine interest in play, creativity and wellbeing.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a trainee role; DBS check required.
• No professional experience needed, but openness to experimentation and reflection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the Workington Tent Project across Rosehill and The Carnegie.
• Be buddied with an experienced practitioner and develop ideas during two Tent sessions.
• Deliver sessions in Workington with a family-led, open-ended approach and flexible planning.
• Provide resources, observe family engagement, and adapt to developing group needs.
