Rosehill invites two early‑career practitioners to join the Tent Project in Workington, developing skills in group facilitation within a collaborative, multi‑partner setting. The role runs across both Whitehaven and Workington sessions, with buddying and transitional responsibilities to local delivery.

Training and paid introductory meetings are included, with DBS checks required. Applicants should be passionate about play, creativity, and wellbeing, and flexible to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Willingness to experiment and adapt.
• Ability to reflect on practice and adjust approach.
• Ability to listen, hold space and relate warmly to diverse participants.
• Some artistic/creative practice is helpful but not required for trainees.
• Strong imagination and constructive attitude.
• Interest in working with diverse families.
• Interest in working with children under 5 and/or SEND families.
• Willingness to learn about new creative approaches.
• Ability to respond to developing situations with flexibility.
• Energetic, friendly and positive demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Establish and deliver the Workington Tent Project.
• Spend initial terms working across Whitehaven and Workington sessions.
• Co-create new ideas and relationships with practitioners and organisations.
• Deliver sessions as resident practitioner in Workington.
• Engage with DBS checks and safeguarding requirements.
