Job summary

Creative Support is hiring in Ulverston for roles providing person-centred care and support to tenants. You will engage in everyday activities, assist with personal care and domestic tasks, and help people participate in community activities, such as walking or dining out.

Experience with learning disability or autism support is welcome but not required. Training is provided, and you’ll work within a positive behaviour support framework in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning disability/autism support is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to follow guidelines and work within a supportive team.
• Person-centred approach with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to tenants in Ulverston.
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks and community activities.
• Support individuals during challenging behaviour with calm, respectful handling.
• Work a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
