Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Oldham and the surrounding areas. No previous school experience is required – we'll provide the training you need to succeed. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll lead pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, take registers and keep students engaged while their teacher is absent.

Start date September 2026. We offer flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term work, free training with CPD, pension

Qualifications

• Hold a degree (preferred) or equivalent qualifications
• Experience working with young people such as coaching, tutoring, youth work or childcare
• Enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK required
