Vision for Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Trainee School Cover Supervisors to support partner secondary schools in Blackburn and surrounding areas. The role offers pay of £17 - £25 per hour, immediate/flexible start, and no mandatory prior teaching experience.

You will supervise pupils, manage classes, and work from pre-set plans. The company provides a free bespoke training programme and ongoing support from an experienced team.

• No prior teaching experience required, transferable skills accepted.
• Passion for teaching and shaping young minds.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise pupils in the absence of a teacher.
• Ensure pupils remain on task with pre-set work.
• Cover classes across a range of secondary subjects.
• Record accurate registers and provide handover notes.
• Support learners and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
