Job summary

Capital Fortune Rockhopper is seeking a Trainee Commercial Mortgage Broker in London. You will train on live cases alongside experienced brokers, with support and oversight as you learn lenders, products and deal packaging.

All inquiries come warm from within the company, and you will be mentored to build confidence and financial literacy. Office-based in London during training with hybrid work possible once competent.

Qualifications

A track record in sales or a numerate commercial role. We will want to see the numbers.
Comfort with figures; reading accounts, rent rolls and development appraisals.
Discipline to follow a documented process and understand its rationale.
Ability to hear what a client has not said out loud.

Responsibilities

Start on live cases alongside brokers, with work checked before reaching a lender.
No cold calling; all enquiries come in warm from within the business.
