Job summary

Red Dot Search UK Limited, near Bolton, is offering a trainee motor claims role with an FCA-regulated insurer. You don\'t need prior insurance experience as full training is provided.

You’ll learn to take new motor claims, manage your own caseload by phone and email, and understand liability and how it’s established. The position includes 35 hours per week, with development opportunities and benefits.

This is a trainee motor claims role with a well-established, FCA-regulated insurer near Egerton, Bolton (BL7). You don't need any insurance experience.

What you'll learn

• Taking new motor claims and getting the details right first time
• Running your own caseload by phone and email
• How liability works: who was at fault and how you prove it
• Spotting a claim that doesn't add up
