Trainee Claims Handler - Motor Insurance, Full Training

• You’ve handled complaints and turned some of them around
• You keep track of your own cases, tickets or orders
• You work to rules that somebody checks
• You stay calm when the person on the other end doesn’t
• You’ve had enough of evenings, weekends or rotas

Those are the skills a claims handler uses. The insurance knowledge is what we train you in.

This is a trainee motor claims role with a well-established, FCA-regulated insurer near Egerton, Bolton (BL7). You don’t need any insurance experience.

What you’ll learn:

• Taking new motor claims and getting the details right first time
• Running your own caseload by phone and email
• How liability works: who was at fault and how you prove it
• Spotting a claim that doesn’t add up
