Job summary

The Junction Foundation is recruiting for a training role within CYP IAPT. The post is part of the Tees Valley Getting Help Team and involves working with a wider partnership to deliver mental health support for children, young people and families.

You will study under Northumbria University requirements and work three days a week in the service, applying newly developed skills with supervision. DBS and safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• This is a training role within CYP IAPT with supervision.
• The post is part of Tees Valley Getting Help Team, in partnership with multiple NHS and third sector organisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, brief outcome-focused interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
• Interventions may include psycho-education, self-help and work with presentations such as anxiety, low mood and anger.
• Work in partnership with university-study days and service delivery across the week as required.
