Its operations are spread across several sites in the UK and France and it has an annual turnover of about £150M and nearly 1000 staff. The UK operations are entirely based at Summerfield, Kidderminster.

OVERVIEW & SCOPE OF ROLE

The Trainee NG and Burning Ground Technician responsibilities include delivering the production or disposal plan in line with the Master Production Schedule, or the Burning Ground schedule, OTOCOQ. Focusing on safe operations, carrying out tasks instructed to them by their Manager or Supervisor, co-ordinating and providing support to both functions ensuring the quality of goods and services, process optimisation, and preparing all relevant documentation as required in a safe and efficient way.

You will have experience and knowledge that ensures effective process utilisation, maximising day to day productivity. You will monitor the Teams performance with KPI’s & PSPI, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency is maintained, meeting the needs of the customer and the business.
