Zizzi is hiring a Trainee Chef to learn how to stretch dough and craft perfect al dente pasta in our open kitchen. No prior chef experience is required—we’ll teach you the skills to build a kitchen career. We’re looking for a team player with a great attitude and a love for food.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with flexible hours, free meals on shift, and career development to grow to Chef and Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no kitchen experience required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Love for Italian ingredients and the Zizzi menu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu to spec in a busy open kitchen.
• Maintain high quality and consistency of dishes.
• Master the menu and specs for fast service during rushes.
• Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to keep kitchen energy high.
