Job summary

Description of Role Are you looking to develop your career in administration and customer service within a world-leading technology and engineering organisation? We are looking for a Trainee Certification Officer to join our Personnel Certification team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to gain experience in certification administration while supporting customers through their certification journey.

In this role, you will process incoming applications and correspondence, maintain certification records, respond to customer enquiries and assist with certification renewals and re-certifications. You will work closely with a supportive and knowledgeable team, receiving training and development to help you build your skills and understanding of certification processes.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Working hours:

36 hours per week (full time), 8.30am -16.30pm Monday to Thursday (finishing at 16.15pm on Friday). Part-time and hybrid working available in some roles.
