Trainee Car Sales Executive role:

1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. Discuss funding options and sell additional finance-related products.
3. Build and maintain your customer database.
4. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport with your customers.

As a Sales Executive:

1. Be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
2. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to your work.
3. Have previous experience of working to targets and be able to demonstrate this.
4. Ideally, have some level of sales background.
5. Previous experience within the motor trade would be ideal but not essential.
6. Have a valid driving license.

Package:

Basic salary of £15,000, rising to £18,000 after completion of VAG accreditation.

OTE of £40,000 – £50,000.
