• Salary: £14,000 to £16,500 (Basic)
• Commission: Uncapped, circa £30,000
• Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week
• No Sundays!

About the Trainee Motor Cycle Sales Executive Role & Company

We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Trainee Sales Executive to join the sales team of our esteemed client, a prominent motorcycle Dealership based in Verwood. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey, representing our client's brand and products to potential customers. The motorcycles produced by our client are renowned for their uniqueness, distinction, and unparalleled quality, which we aim to showcase throughout the entire customer experience.

In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for new leads, responsible for effectively conveying the essence of the brand and exciting prospects to progress through the sales funnel. Additionally, you will play a vital part in maintaining relationships with leads who are not yet ready to make a purchase but may consider it in the future. Moreover, you will provide valuable support to the sales team by processing customer orders and coordinating pre- and post-event information.

To excel in this position, we are looking for an articulate and confident individual who excels at generating excitement. Previous knowledge of motorcycles is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, candidates with a passion for or experience in riding motorcycles will have an advantage.
