Arriva London is offering a trainee bus driver role with full, paid training at our dedicated driving school. You’ll support London’s transport needs, gaining hands-on experience while progressing through structured development as you qualify for higher pay brackets.

The position is full-time and based at different garages across London. You’ll work rotating shifts including weekends, with pay starting at training rates and rising once qualified.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a UK driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
• Friendly attitude with commitment to great customer service.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shift patterns.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test as part of your assessment.

Responsabilités

• Complete full paid training at our driving school.
• Be responsible for safe, welcoming passenger journeys and reliable service.
• Progress through structured development with clear milestones as you qualify.
• Contribute to London's transport network and support the Arriva brand.
