Job summary

A leading transportation company in Kilmarnock is looking for Trainee Bus Drivers to join their team. No prior experience is needed as full training is provided to help you obtain your PCV licence. Salary

£14.00 P/H
£28,392 Annual Earnings

  • Earn while you learn, we provide fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence
  • Based at our Kilmarnock depot
  • Pay rate of £14.00 per hour, rising to £14.50 in February 2026 (training will last 6 – 8 weeks)
  • Annual earnings of £28,392 following completion of training based on 39 hours per week as a qualified Bus Driver
  • Shift patterns of early, middles and late. 5 Days over 7.

At our Kilmarnock depot, we operate a fleet of 76 buses covering the areas of East, North, and South Ayrshire as well as Glasgow, with a team of 190 Drivers.
