First Bus in Bridgend is hiring a Trainee Bus Driver. No previous PCV license required; full training provided from day one. This is a permanent, full-time role with guaranteed contracted hours and structured rotas.

It starts at £14.32 per hour during training and rises to £14.75 per hour once qualified after 12 months, with overtime and additional shifts. 38 hours per week, local service duties, and strong progression into a fully qualified driving role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
