Job summary

Stagecoach Leamington Spa is launching a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. You’ll train to gain your PCV licence, earning £16.22 per hour during training and £32,894 annual when qualified, based on 39 hours per week.

Training lasts 6–8 weeks at our Leamington Spa Depot, with a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern designed for growth and flexibility. No experience needed—the programme pays you to learn and build a career.

Qualifications

• 18+ and hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Right to work in the UK and DVLA eligibility
• Willingness to learn and deliver great customer service
• No prior bus driving experience required

Responsibilities

• Complete industry-leading training to gain your PCV licence via Level 2 Apprenticeship
• Drive Stagecoach buses safely and confidently on scheduled routes
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist passengers
• Adapt to flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe journey for customers
