Job summary

Stagecoach Group is offering a paid apprenticeship to become a Trainee Bus Driver in Leamington Spa. You will train to gain a PCV licence while earning during the six to eight week training period, then progress to a qualified driver role with a 39 hour week and earnings of around £32,894 per year.

Based at the Leamington Spa Depot, this full‑time role includes career development through a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship, with dependent benefits and a strong commitment to safety and service

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK and 183 days in the UK for DVLA checks, or as funded.
• Patient, safe, courteous approach and a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry leading training to secure your PCV licence and ongoing CPC training.
• Drive the Stagecoach fleet safely and deliver great customer service.
• Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
