Stagecoach in Kendal is offering a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship with fully paid training to gain your PCV licence. Earn while you learn and join a depot with a 34-bus fleet and 75 drivers, located on Beezon Road in Kendal.

You will start with paid training at £14.10/hour for 6-8 weeks, progressing to qualified driver earnings of £15.20/hour (£31,600/year based on 40 hours/week). A real purpose, career-focused opportunity awaits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Right to work in the UK (DVLA criteria)
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team

Responsibilities

• Complete training to gain your PCV licence and Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship
• Drive the Stagecoach fleet safely and confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers
• Create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for customers
• Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
