Job summary

Stagecoach Group Limited in Ashford is recruiting for an Apprentice Bus Driver. You will train to gain your PCV licence through a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship and begin driving a busy local fleet with ongoing CPC training and development.

No prior driving experience is needed, and you’ll be paid during training. Based at the Ashford depot, you’ll work 39 hours per week with early, mid and late shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior driving experience required.
• You will complete a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
• A full UK driving licence is required with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry-leading training to secure your PCV licence.
• Drive our fleet safely and confidently.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming journey for passengers.
• Support customers and ensure they feel safe and cared for on every trip.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
