Job summary

Stagecoach Group Limited is hiring at our Kettering depot for a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprentice. No prior driving experience required; you will be paid to train and gain your PCV licence as part of a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship, with a structured programme and externally recognised qualification.

You will drive safely, deliver great customer service, and support passengers across a 39-hour week, with shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or over
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
• Right to work in the UK (DVLA criteria)
• Positive, patient and friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn and be part of a great team

Responsibilities

• Complete industry training to gain PCV licence and CPC qualifications
• Drive Stagecoach fleet safely and confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service to all passengers
• Create a welcoming and safe journey experience
• Adapt to a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Represent Stagecoach positively and support community needs
