Job summary

Stagecoach Group Limited is hiring a Trainee Bus Driver at the Bedford depot. The role includes paid training to gain a PCV licence and a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. You will earn during training with £12.71 per hour for 6–8 weeks, then typical annual earnings of £33,920 after training based on a 41-hour week.

Future shifts cover early mornings, evenings and weekends. No prior driving experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential as you become a valued

Qualifications

• No experience required to start the apprenticeship.
• Training provided to gain PCV licence and Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
• Based at Bedford depot, 66A St John’s St, Bedford.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry-leading training to obtain your PCV licence and CPC training.
• Drive the Stagecoach fleet safely and confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help passengers have a great journey.
• Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
