We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist asset finance lender within their broker development team within the Northwest or the Northeast. (Head office is Manchester).

We are looking to speak to sales focussed, ambitious candidates who are currently working within financial services who are ready to take the next step in the their career. You will ideally already be in asset finance in an internal sales or support role, and looking to take the next step in your career.

As a Trainee Broker Manager you will be responsible for establishing, managing and developing a portfolio of finance brokers based within your territory. The role will involve largely self-sourcing your own business by identifying and prospecting for new introducers, whilst also maintaining an existing portfolio of broker relationships.

You will need to be confident, self-motivated, driven to succeed, and someone who excels at achieving targets. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels are essential, along with good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
