Our Sales Executives work over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. In line with our commitment to ensuring our people have a good work life balance, the team doesn't work on Sundays and you will have a fixed day off in the week.
Salary: £26,984 plus £100 per car sold.
Once you’ve hit your targets which most people do within their first year - 18 months you’ll move onto our full pay plan, with a basic salary of £25,250, on target earnings of £55,000, and a company car. Don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to get there!
What you will be doing:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of BMW vehicles, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential buyers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling BMW vehicles, emphasising the brand's unique features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalised attention and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations through multiple channels to showcase the exceptional performance and luxury of BMW vehicles.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and BMW technology to provide customers the most accurate and valuable information
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer services or hospitality, is essential to succeed in this role, as it will enable you to effectively engage with clients and drive business growth.

As a business we are extremely passionate about progression and development so previous automotive sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential. You might come from a general sales, retail or customer service background, but have the drive to achieve and succeed.
