Trainee Baker – Paddock Wood, Kent

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a passion for food who’s looking to build a long-term career in a professional bakery environment? We are looking for a Trainee Baker to join a growing team in Paddock Wood, Kent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with the preparation and baking of a wide range of breads and pastries
• Learning bakery processes, including mixing, shaping, proving, and baking
• Supporting the team in maintaining high food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Helping with stock rotation and ingredient handling
• Working closely with senior bakers to improve technique and speed
