HR GO Group is seeking a Production Cake Baker for an established wholesale bakery near Hadlow, Tonbridge. You will join a passionate baking team, producing cakes at volume with high-quality ingredients and consistent handmade results.

Comfy with deadlines in a fast-paced environment and a proactive, team-focused attitude are essential. Previous cake or pastry baking experience is desirable, though not essential, with training provided as needed.

Production Cake Baker: Full Time

Location: Hadlow, Tonbridge

Hours: 8.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday (10am to 7pm, 7am to 4pm, alternating shifts) with weekend working on a rota basis

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
