Job summary

TC Group is looking for a full-time Trainee Auditor to join their Steyning office's audit team. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills while conducting audits and preparing accounting analyses in a relaxed environment.

Successful candidates will benefit from a full training package, pension scheme, and a hybrid working model once established in the role. Ideally, candidates should have GCSEs in Maths and English, strong communication skills, and a logical approach to tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should ideally have GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades 4+) and A-Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• Looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills and a logical approach.
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits as part of a team, ensuring documentation supports audit opinions.
• Prepare analysis of accounting data and accounts.
• Identify and understand client needs and communicate solutions.

Skills

Dynamic individuals with a positive 'can do' attitude

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills

Logical approach and good with numbers

Education

GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades 4 and above)
