Description:

Connells Survey & Valuation recognises the importance of developing the next generation of professional Surveyors. We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that offers structured training and support throughout your employment. This programme combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.

Our aim is to equip Trainees with the skills necessary for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor. Trainee AssocRICS Surveyors will have opportunities for career progression within Connells Survey & Valuation, a leading surveying firm in the country.

Requirements:

To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
• An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience in estate agency or a surveying/valuation discipline.
• A minimum of four years of property-related work experience at negotiator level or higher, involving direct caseload management and decision-making in property matters.
