Responsibilities
Our shops are central to our business and community engagement. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a welcoming environment for betting, watching sports, and gaming. Your duties include processing bets, ensuring responsible betting, assisting customers, maintaining shop standards, and eventually deputising for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role is to promote responsible betting and adhere to our ‘Think 21’ policy.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over. No prior experience is necessary as we offer structured training and development opportunities. We seek individuals who are great communicators, passionate about customer service, and capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
