Job summary

360 Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Trainee Airflow Service Technician based around Milton Keynes to cover Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire with occasional travel to other parts of England and Ireland. A company van is provided for this role, and nights away will be covered by the company.

You will receive best-in-class training for around four to six months before working independently in the field, delivering planned preventive maintenance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and an interest in engineering.
• Hands on skills or experience from any sector, coupled with an interest in problem solving & fixing things.
• Process/procedurally driven and able to offer exceptional levels of customer service.
• Self-motivated with an ability to learn and to work under pressure to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites on allocated date and to agreed time.
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (and occasional repair) work to the highest technical standard.
• Administration and reporting.
• Collate, gather and communicate feedback with customers and in house teams.
• Work with other team members on installation, commissioning and training projects.
• Ensure all new equipment is installed to the highest possible standard.
• Work in conjunction with the Line Management and Training Manager to identify and action training requirements.
• Participate as a member of the Technical Services team, providing support to other team members where required.
• Put forward ideas and assist in the development of standards and procedures to assist in the overall progression of the department and company.
