Job summary

Talent Finder is seeking an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer (Trainee/Entry-Level) in Stanton Harcourt, Witney, Oxfordshire. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers training to carry out routine maintenance on domestic and commercial air conditioning systems.

No prior air conditioning experience is required, but a practical, hands-on attitude helps. You will travel to customer sites across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties with a company van and fuel provided.

Qualifications

• Air conditioning experience is not required.
• Hands-on candidates from related trades welcome.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance on domestic and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Inspect equipment and check system operation.
• Clean filters and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Travel to customer sites across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
• Work independently and with colleagues to deliver a professional service.
