  • Good organisational skills, ability to manage tasks and keep accurate records.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality advice on financial hardship, welfare rights, employment, housing and family matters.
  • Support clients with information gathering and signposting to appropriate services.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to meeting service targets.
