Job summary

Dorset HealthCare is seeking a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Children & Young People team. You will perform advanced clinical assessments, formulate management plans, and make complex decisions within your scope of practice.

You will lead clinical care, support colleagues, and contribute to service improvement through audit, research, and education, while working toward an approved MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.

Qualifications

• Completion or progression towards an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice is encouraged.
• Experience delivering advanced clinical assessments and management plans.
• Ability to provide leadership and mentor colleagues within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake advanced clinical assessments and formulate management plans.
• Make complex clinical decisions within scope of practice.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to MDT colleagues.
