Job summary

Yunex Traffic uk is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert support on traffic signal equipment across our operations. You will diagnose faults, install and configure systems, and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure reliability.

The role requires NHSS 8 experience, a full UK driving licence, and strong IT and organizational skills. Training and development opportunities are available as part of our engineering team.

Qualifications

• HNC / ONC / City and Guilds or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with NHSS 8 and a broad range of Intelligent Traffic Systems is desired.
• Experience testing electrical equipment in industrial environments and the ability to lead improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to colleagues on traffic signal equipment.
• Perform complex fault diagnosis and installation tasks for CCTV, VMS, wireless, routers and controller configurations.
• Support maintenance and installation teams and coach other engineers as needed.
