Job description

If you’re the sort of person who organises the team night out, has a spreadsheet for your holiday itinerary and colour codes your sock drawer – then this job has your name on it. As our Traffic Resourcing Manager, you’ll be a scheduling, organising and allocating guru. You’ll get the right people, on the right projects at the right time and delight our clients with brilliant work, all the time.

Joining our B Corp-accredited culture, brand and communications business, you’ll support us as we think bigger to change organisations for the better. And we’ll empower you to build a career to be proud of. On a daily basis, you’ll:

• manage the master schedule across creative, data and research teams

• allocate resources based on availability, priority and needs

• respond to all Traffic emails, log requests and schedule reminders to keep work flowing

• make sure that briefing forms are clearly completed

• lead weekly meetings to understand capacity, prioritise work and flex resources as needed

• monitor workload to identify bottlenecks, conflicts and find solutions to balance resources and maintain timelines

• support our Projects team with day-to-day administration

• keep accurate documentation and billing schedules

• take a lead on small-scale projects from brief through to delivery.

You’ll need experience in resource management and a keen interest in projects, workflow and improving efficiency. A clear communicator with an above average ability to plan and organise, you’ll be calm under pressure and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Using your analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines, you’ll be computer literate with a good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and a strong team player.

We care about supporting our people, so you’ll enjoy benefits that include 30 days of annual leave a year (plus bank holidays), hybrid working, healthcare apps, and two charity volunteering days. If you’re as passionate as we are about making the world around us a better place, join us.

In line with our mission to make opportunity, reward and progress equal for all, we believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant and more resilient company. We welcome people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences.
