As our Traffic Resourcing Manager, you’ll be a scheduling, organising and allocating guru. You’ll get the right people, on the right projects at the right time and delight our clients with brilliant work, all the time.

• manage the master schedule across creative, data and research teams
• allocate resources based on availability, priority and needs
• respond to all Traffic emails, log requests and schedule reminders to keep work flowing
• make sure that briefing forms are clearly completed
• lead weekly meetings to understand capacity, prioritise work and flex resources as needed
• monitor workload to identify bottlenecks, conflicts and find solutions to balance resources and maintain timelines
• support our Projects team with day-to-day administration
• keep accurate documentation and billing schedules
• take a lead on small-scale projects from brief through to delivery.
You’ll need experience in resource management and a keen interest in projects, workflow and improving efficiency. A clear communicator with an above average ability to plan and organise, you’ll be calm under pressure and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Using your analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines, you’ll be computer literate with a good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and a strong team player.
