This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close in 19 days at 12:00 BST.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dealing with multiple drivers.
• Communicating with ports.
• Booking delivery slots for port entry.
• Using the TOPS transport system to schedule drivers' start and finish times.
• Chasing drivers for ETAs and ensuring punctuality.
• Rerouting jobs as needed.
• Matching PODs with jobs on the system.
• Informing customers about delays and ETAs.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Transport Operator – Essential.
• Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal.
• Excellent UK geographical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently.
• Quick and efficient problem-solving skills.
• Organised at all times.
• Flexibility to meet business demands.
