Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a reliable Traffic Marshall / Site Labourer for an ongoing project in Reigate, Surrey. The dual role handles traffic management at the site entrance and supports general labour tasks when quieter periods arise.

Responsibilities include guiding vehicles, logging deliveries, and maintaining safety on site. Immediate start with long-term ongoing hours, typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with weekly pay options via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE.

Qualifications

• Valid Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or Lantra) essential.
• Valid CSCS card (Green Labourer or above).
• Full PPE: high-visibility clothing, steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Traffic Control: guide construction vehicles and plant with standard hand signals.
• Gate & pedestrian safety: manage entry points and keep walkways clear.
• Delivery logging: check in drivers, inspect notes, direct to unloading bays.
• General labouring: assist trades, clear waste, sweep routes, keep skips tidy.
• Enforce site traffic management plans and health & safety standards.
