Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan in Exeter is seeking a reliable NPORS Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site. You will direct vehicles and plant safely, maintain clear walkways for pedestrians and liaise with drivers and site operatives to manage traffic flow.

The role requires CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification, own PPE (hi-vis, boots, gloves, hard hat), and previous site experience. Immediate start, Monday–Friday 07:30–17:00, with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification required.
• Own PPE: hi-vis, boots, gloves, hard hat.
• Previous site experience preferred.
• Good communication and observation skills.
