Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking 4 experienced Traffic Marshalls for a brand new construction site in Kingsbridge, Devon. Two positions on day shift and two on night shift are available, with an immediate start and ongoing work based on performance.

You will manage vehicle and pedestrian movements, ensure safe access and egress, and maintain site traffic flow in line with procedures. Applicants should hold CPCS or NPORS and CSCS accreditation, with prior banksman experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Good communication and professional conduct on a busy construction site.
• Reliability, punctuality and a collaborative approach are essential.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Previous Traffic Marshall/Banksman experience on construction sites is preferred.

We are currently looking for 4 experienced Traffic Marshalls to join a brand new construction site in Kingsbridge, Devon.

We have opportunities for:

• 2 x Day Shift Traffic Marshalls


• 2 x Night Shift Traffic Marshalls

The Role

You will be responsible for managing vehicle and pedestrian movements around the site, maintaining safe access and egress, and ensuring site traffic is controlled safely and efficiently in line with site procedures.

This is an ongoing position, with the potential for long-term work depending on performance, reliability and site requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum CPCS or NPORS qualification


• Qualification must be CSCS accredited


• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall/Banksman on construction sites


• Good understanding of site health & safety procedures


• Reliable, punctual and professional


• Able to work as part of a busy site team


• Good communication skills
