Job summary

Madigan Gill is recruiting for a CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall to join a long-term project in High Wycombe. You will work on a major site under the main contractor, coordinating site traffic, logging deliveries, and ensuring pedestrian safety.

The role requires CPCS/NPORS credentials, full PPE, reliability and strong communication, with potential for up to two years of work on this site. You will be part of a disciplined team, able to work independently or with others, and committed to maintaining

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPCS card and a Traffic Marshall ticket.
• Full PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles) required.
• Hard-working, reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work alone or in a team.

CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall Required in High Wycombe

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall's for a large job in High Wycombe.

Long term work available - up to 2 years worth.

Working on behalf of the main contractor you will be responsible for:

• Recording deliveries and monitoring the visitors log book
• Banking vehicles through the site entrance
• Following Site Traffic Management plans
• Communicating effectively with site and plant operatives
• Monitoring pedestrian routes and safety zones

A Traffic Marshall must:

• Hold a CPCS card.
• Hold a Traffic Marshall ticket.
• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
