Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall for a major project in High Wycombe. You will work on site with the main contractor, ensuring safe vehicle movement and pedestrian safety.

Responsibilities include recording deliveries, banking vehicles through the entrance, following Traffic Management plans, and clear communication with site operatives. The role requires a valid CPCS card, Traffic Marshall ticket, full PPE, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hold a CPCS card.
• Hold a Traffic Marshall ticket.
• Full PPE (Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
• Excellent communication; able to work alone or as part of a team.

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall's for a large job in High Wycombe.

Long term work available

Working on behalf of the main contractor you will be responsible for:

• Recording deliveries and monitoring the visitors log book


• Banking vehicles through the site entrance


• Following Site Traffic Management plans


• Communicating effectively with site and plant operatives


• Monitoring pedestrian routes and safety zones

A Traffic Marshall must:

• Hold a CPCS card.


• Hold a Traffic Marshall ticket.


• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).


• Be hard working, reliable and punctual.


• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
