Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves driving an IPV, setting up and maintaining traffic management sites, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Reading CAD drawings and reporting near misses are key daily tasks, with RAMS and safety regulations guiding every operation. Candidates should hold Lantra TM qualifications, pass drugs/alcohol checks, and have a valid UK driving licence with up to six points.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring the team works safely and efficiently to meet quality standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Adhering to the provided RAMS.
• Safely loading/unloading vehicles containing TM equipment.
• Following Method Statements for safe working practices.
• Completing risk assessments.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
