Chevron TM, part of Ramudden Global UK, is seeking a Trainee Traffic Management Operative to work near moving traffic in a safety‑critical role. You will be trained towards fully funded 12D qualifications while supporting the team in setting up and maintaining traffic controls across sites.
The role requires flexibility to work day/evening/nights, weekends, and on‑call duties. A driving licence with up to 6 points is essential, and you should be open to training and progression within the

Location: Stanton Harcourt - OX29 5UX Witney - Within travelling distance from Reading, Swindon, Oxford, Chippenham, Devizes, Cirencester, Bicester, Banbury
Hours: Guaranteed 48 HPW plus OT opportunities; must be flexible to work weekends!
Day shifts are typical, but flexibility is key — you’ll need to be open to evenings, nights, weekends, working away during peak periods, and joining the on-call rota, especially if you have access to a company van
